Hose Rodeo
Hose Rodeo is a low-poly 3D action game with one funny idea: the valve is stuck open. You play a small firefighter attached to a hose that never stops spraying, so aiming the water at the fire also aims the recoil at you. Swing the nozzle, blast at full power and use the kickback to launch yourself across the ridge while a wildfire spreads with the wind and a fire truck gets dragged along behind you. Hold the ridge for three minutes, but lose if more than 45% of the forest burns. You can pinch the hose to stop the water and dig your boots in. The game runs on desktop with the keyboard, and on phones with an on-screen stick plus Blast and Choke buttons. It is open-source under the MIT licence.
